Shipping Policy
All orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within one working day. Our operational hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays. Delivery timelines typically range between 1–5 business days, depending on the customer’s delivery location. All domestic orders are shipped via ShipRocket, ensuring wide pin-code coverage across India.

Express Delivery

International Shipping
International orders are delivered within 7-8 working days via DHL. Applicable international shipping charges and taxes (including VAT, if any) will be communicated by our Customer Service team prior to order confirmation. International orders are dispatched only after full payment of the applicable shipping charges.
Delhi NCR Orders

Next-Day Delivery (PAN India)
Next-day delivery is available as a paid express service for customers requiring urgent delivery for events, puja, or gifting purposes. Charges vary based on shipment weight and destination and will be shared in advance.

Return/Exchange
If Customers report delivery of damaged goods within 24 hours of Delivery, the same will be eligible for Exchange. Return Pickup will be arranged and the customer must return the damaged item in the same packaging with order id clearly visible. Once Return Pickup is confirmed by our delivery partner, a fresh piece will be delivered within 3-6 days depending upon customer location and shipping timelines.
Refund policy
All items sold on our website are non-refundable due to the religious nature of the goods. Any refunds processed, will only be done at the sole discretion of DivineFeast. Where returns are possible, it will be mentioned on the website product descriptions. Our team is always available for assistance in resolving customer issues. If you are not satisfied with any product of ours, please contact our customer support team to share feedback and initiate return.
