At DivineFeast, we strive to provide you with the best quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1.      Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange under the following conditions:

·        The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

·        The request is submitted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

·        The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Refundable Items:

·        Perishable products

·        Personalized or custom-made items

All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and equitable resolution.

2.        How to Request a Return/Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our Customer Care team within the eligibility period:

Please provide the following details in your communication:

1.      Order number

2.      Name of the product(s)

3.      Clear images of the product and packaging

4.      Description of the issue

Important: Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

3.      Processing Refunds

·        Once your request is approved, refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 3–6 business days.

·        In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), please provide your bank details (bank statement/cancelled cheque) for processing the refund.

4.      Replacement of Products

·        Replacement is subject to product availability at the time of request.

·        Damaged or missing products will be investigated, and missing/damaged items will be replaced promptly if verified.
